1.   Written application by investor or construction company (enclosed with one copy of appointed file by programming department’s approval)

2.   Investigation on site and guidance for filling out the application form by Economic Development Office at the same day

3.   Compensation paid by investor or construction company for road occupation and destruction redevelopment

4.   File transmission of construction approval by Economic Development Office

II.       Approval procedure for greenland occupation and temporary virescence occupation & destruction

1.   Written application for greenland occupation by construction company (enclosed with one copy of appointed file by programming department’s approval)

2.   Written application for virescence occupation & destruction by investor or construction company (enclosed with one copy of appointed file by programming department’s approval)

3.   Inspection on site and guidance for filling out the application form by Economic Development Office at the same day

4.   Compensation paid by investor or construction company for greenland occupation and virescence destruction redevelopment

5.   File transmission of construction approval by Economic Development Office

III.     Approval procedure of construction with road occupation:

1.    Written application for temporary public road occupation outside site’s battery limits by construction company, due to its site limitation, which cannot meet construction’s demand for piling up building materials or setting up construction equipment (enclosed with Construction License for the project)

2.    The procedure handled by Dingmao Lochus of Zhenjiang New Area City Administrative Bureau

3.    Fees paid for public road occupation and deposit paid for cleaning up

4.    File transmission of approval by Dingmao Lochus of Zhenjiang New Area City Administrative Bureau

5.    Subscription on Check & Acceptance Report for cleaning up after construction prepared by construction company and handing back clean-up deposit at the same day if it is up to the standard according to the inspection by Dingmao Lochus
