It is only 6 km away from the downtown of Zhenjiang City to Zhenjiang New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Park. The Park enjoys convenient tridimensional network of water, road and air transport. The No. 001 conditioning bus, No. 1, No. 8, No. 20 and No. 24 bus directly extend to the Park.
Port: Zhenjiang Dagang Port, the 3rd largest port along the Changjiang River is located in Zhenjiang New Area. It is also a national Grade 1 natural deep-water port open to the world with direct connection of over 120 ports of over 50 countries and regions. It has already has fifteen10,000-tonnage deep-water berths. The under-construction 3rd phase of the Port will have 4 new berths of 30,000 to 70,000 tonnage. As a key member port of Shanghai International Shipping Center, it has the annual handling capacity of 15 million tons, among which the annual container handling capacity reaches 130,000 TEUs.
Inland River: The Changjiang River Crosses Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Zhenjiang New Area to form a ¡°Golden Cross Waterway¡±. The low freight cost and extension in all directions makes the Grand Canal a waterway artery for South-to-North transport.
Railway: The Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway, going across Zhenjiang New Area, will be completed in construction in 2008, which makes it only 1 hour trip from Zhenjiang to Shanghai.
Road: The roads in Zhenjiang New Area extend in all directions, among which over 70 km of main and sub-main roads have been completed. Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and Yangzhou-Liyang Expressway form a road network. State Road No. 312, No. 104 and Yanjiang Road go through the Area.
Airway: The Area is 220 km away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, 260 km away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, 90 km away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport, 40 km away from Changzhou Airport
