The products made by the incubated enterprise shall comply with the catalogue of provincial and municipal-leveled new & hi-tech product, project or the technology applied is leading in China. At the same time the products belong to the high & new-tech industries in IT, opto-mechnical-electronic integration, new material, bio-pharmacy, new energy, high-efficient energy saving and environment protection, which are in the stage of R&D, intermediate experiment, tri-prodcution of small-lot production .
