Registration Process for Domestic Enterprise
Project Construction Flow
　Brief introduction of the approval procedure for the project will be set up in Zhenjiang New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Park 　　
After geting the Business License, the enterprise shall consign one qualified company to make Environment Influence Report, Saftety & Sanitary Preliminary Evaluation Report and Earthquake-Proof Saftey Evaluation Report respectively, which will be the foundation for preliminary design after approval.
During the process of making preliminary design, design company needs to keep contact with the relating departments, such as State Land Resource Administrative Bureau, Programming Bureau, Construction Bureau, Fire-Fighting Department, Safety Production Supervision Administrative Bureau, Technology Supervision Administrative Bureau, etc.. After getting their approval, the design company can going ahead for making construction drawing. After getting the approval from the departments of programming, construction, fire-fighting, public defence and state land resource administration, and the investor will obtain Construction Drawing Approval, Construction Programming License and Construction License. At the same time, the enterprise can going ahead for bidding for construction company and superviion company (which can be directional bidding for foreign invested company), and handling the procedures of applying to water plant, electricity supply company, telecommunication company for temporary or long-term water supply, electricity connection and telecommunication contection. With complete procedure of starting operation, the project construction stage begins. After the construction stage, it is the stage of check & acception after construction, which first needs the preliminary check & acception by the departments respectively of environment protection, fire-fighting, safety production supervision, boiler pressure vessel & gauge examination, sanitary & epidemic prevention and so on. After the preliminary check & acception, it is a complete one. Then trial-production and production starts.
